1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Composer On Demand website and subscription-based custom music services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Composer On Demand LLC provides subscription-based, custom music composition services for video production companies, advertising agencies, and related businesses.

Our Services include:

• Unlimited Custom Music Requests:
  Clients may submit an unlimited number of music requests during an active subscription period. Composer On Demand will work on one request at a time. Once a request is completed (including revisions), we will move on to the next request in the client’s queue.
• Turnaround Time:
  We aim to deliver initial music concepts within 48 business hours of receiving a request. This timeframe is a goal, not a guarantee, and excludes weekends and recognized holidays. Actual delivery times may vary due to request complexity, workload, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Revisions:
  Unlimited revisions are included for each request. All revisions are considered part of the same request, and we will not move on to a new request until the current one is complete to the client’s satisfaction.

Services are provided on a flat monthly subscription basis.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

Client Ownership

All music delivered to a client—whether initial concepts, drafts, unused ideas, or final compositions—is considered fully owned by the client upon delivery.

Upon delivery:

• All rights, title, and interest in the music automatically transfer to the client.
• No additional agreements, licenses, or attribution requirements are necessary.
• Ownership applies regardless of whether the music is ultimately used.

All compositions created for a client are exclusive and will not be reused, resold, or licensed to any other party.

Company Materials

All branding, website content, marketing materials, processes, and internal systems of Composer On Demand LLC remain the exclusive property of Composer On Demand LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.

4. Client Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in a lawful, professional, and ethical manner. You must not:

• Submit requests involving hate speech, unlawful content, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Misuse or attempt to exploit the unlimited request system in bad faith.
• Interfere with or disrupt our operations, systems, or website.
• Provide false or misleading information during signup or service use.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

5. No Guarantee of Results

‍

Composer On Demand LLC does not guarantee specific creative outcomes, subjective satisfaction, commercial success, audience engagement, or performance results.

Music composition is inherently creative and subjective. Our Services provide access to composers on demand, not guaranteed artistic or business outcomes.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly, recurring basis, in advance.
• All payments are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused time.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any prior payments.

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services for convenience. Composer On Demand LLC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.

Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Composer On Demand LLC, its owners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, project delays, or creative dissatisfaction.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.
